Using Photoshop CS5

Cropping the man's head in the right side in the second picture and located to the first picture using magic wand tool.

Using channel mixer to get a super contrast look. Tick the black and white in the dialog box and then blend to soft light mode. Turn down the opacity if the picture look too much dark or too smooth.

Change the color using Curve mode. Select the red or green or blue in the dialog box and then play with it to find the color that you want.
